Brian Reilly possesses 20 years of experience advising international companies on the legal aspects of staffing and establishing foreign owned businesses in the United States. He understands the challenges of running a business and has helped owners through the highs and lows of building and growing their businesses. Brian understands how to best leverage opportunities in a global market. As a partner at a major national law firm, Brian Reilly served on the board of directors and led the firm's most profitable practice group. Brian’s broad based legal background includes representation of companies in transactional, international and employment related matters.

As Brian's clients began to plan exit strategies, he found out how it was difficult for Middle Market companies to find ethical and knowledgeable M & A professionals. To help his clients and others Brian formed Transact Partners in 2007.

Brian Reilly possesses a BA from the State University of New York at Stonybrook and a Juris Doctorate from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, New York. He is licensed to practice law in the states of New York, Connecticut, North Carolina and the District of Columbia. Mr. Reilly holds an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbel (the highest professional and ethical rating.)

David Boykin understands the challenges of business ownership and the issues involved with exiting a business.

David Boykin has been involved in every facet of business ownership, from start-ups to acquisitions to turnarounds. David Boykin has developed the unique ability to identify and acquire or stagnant companies and turn then into highly profitable businesses. Personally, David Boykin has completed over 15 buy/sell transactions for his own companies.

David Boykin provides Transact clients with a wealth of experience in business operations, sales/sales management, marketing and financial analysis. David Boykin co-founded Transact so he could share his passion for deal making with other successful business owners.

David Boykin holds BSBA Degree in Marketing from Western Carolina University. David Boykin is licensed as a Real Estate Broker in the state of North Carolina.

Chris is a seasoned executive who has been helping people in the private and public marketplace for 29 years. His success is based on the principle of serving each client with respect; by listening to their individual needs and dreams, and then helping them reach their goals.

During his business career Chris has been successful in the sales and marketing of manufacturing control systems, software solutions for the medical and engineering profession, IT products and consulting services, industrial remediation systems, and small business consulting. In addition, Chris has created and owned 2 small businesses himself.

Chris brings vast sales and business experience to Transact Ventures to help serve their clients, and the commitment to serve each one with the respect and success they are entitled to. Chris also serves his community, through Habitat for Humanity, UNC Children's Hospital, the Triangle United Way and as a youth sports Coach. Chris holds a BA from the University of North Carolina.
